Bogomil Gjuzel Serbia/Macedonia macedone Poeta, prosatore, drammaturgo, saggista, traduttore, Bogomil Gjuzel, è nato nel 1939 a Chachak, Serbia. Vive e lavora in Macedonia.
Laureato al Departimento di Inglese all'Università di Skopje, nel 1963, si è poi specializzato alla University of Edinburgh come British Council scholar, nel 1964/65.
È stato drammaturgo al Dramski theater, Skopje, nel 1966-1971 e nel 1985-1998. Ha participato all'International Writing Program, Iowa City, USA, 1972/73, e ai Poetry festivals a Rotterdam (1978 e 1996), San Francisco (1980), Herleen (1991), Maastricht and Valencia (2000).
È stato uno dei dieci fondatori dell' Independent Writers of Macedonia association e il suo primo presidente nel 1994, e dal 1995 direttore del suo bimestrale "Nashe Pismo".
Dal 1999 è anche direttore dello Struga Poetry Evenings International festival.

Ha partecipato nel 2001 a "Sidaja Incontri internazionali di poesia" a Trieste.
